University London choose TeamMate for strategic AV upgrade
|
The University had recognised that existing audio visual equipment had been acquired on an ad-hoc basis by a previous administration, and that there was limited information with regard to the actual AV in each room and its state of operation at the Northampton square campus. Having been introduced to the recent AV installations over at the CASS business school, TeamMate where asked to put proposals forward with regard to providing a campus with a wide standard solution. In advance of these consultations TeamMate provided a total campus wide AV audit, documenting current AV facilities and a health check report. This information was in turn provided to the University showing the potential scope of the solution required in conjunction with existing AV resources.

VariHite Lecterns added to TeamMate Tutor and Podium

The popular TeamMate Tutor and TeamMate Podium now get full VariHite motorised lift and lower technology. Designed with the familiar TeamMate ideals, the VariHite element is based on the current TeamMate VariHite lectern already in production, available either as an additional add on solution for the TeamMate Tutor, or as a fully integrated centre module as part of the TeamMate Podium.

Five Years on using TeamMate lecterns at The University of
Westminster
|
During the summer of 2002, the
University of Westminster awarded TeamMate with a £1.1M contract for a complete AV refurbishment at their Marylebone Road campus. Selected from over 25 candidates, Aventis AV where able to physically demonstrate a real solution and present a valid business case to the university, showing how such a single upfront investment would pay dividends over time, emphasising reliability, ease and familiarity of use for all those concerned.
